I have been using Crystal Clear Pools service for nearly 2 years and I can not begin to tell you how happy I've been with there service. My pool is always crystal clear and my pool decking looks like it was just built yesterday, extremely clean. When I've had heater problems a service person has come out quickly and the charge was very reasonable. Again, I want to thank you for your great service. Susan Whittaker 242 Rubino Drive

In October 2007 after dismissing our management company, the help, service & attention we received from Michelle, Paul & Chris & staff & their continued service I would have no hesitation in recommending their company, They are very professional, sensibly priced & very prompt & pleasant to deal with. I take care of several properties and have had many pool companies only to be disappointed. Most start out great but then slack off in their efforts to properly maintain my pools. After observing Matt taking care of two pools for friends of mine, I quickly switched to Crystal Clear and have not been disappointed. Matt is very conscientious and does an outstanding job in maintaining the pools. As a result of his efforts, I would recommend him and this company to everyone. He does a great job and is a fantastic ambassador for Crystal Clear. Don't lose him!!!!!!!!!

Hi All I initially placed a lot of faith in the professionalism of Crystal and its staff after being let down by so many Pool firms and have not been let down by them. If we have had problems with our system the give you the sensible and clear answers and show that they know what they are talking about. We have had LED pool lights installed and what a great feature that is for our guests. We have had the Solar sun rings in and thats another great feature no messing with those blankets that guests seem to rip every uear and replacing them is only a few dollars whereas the pool blanket is a real expense. Good group of nice people at Crystall can thoroughly recommend them.

We are grateful to Crystal Clear Pools for getting our colored pool light to work for a reasonable price. The service from Paul was friendly and efficient and we would highly recommend the company.

The team at Crystal-Clear did a wonderful job on cleaning our pool. It is once again sparkling - as new. They also installed our coloured lights, which look gorgeous. We were very impressed with the service we received when we recently had to replace the pool heater and pump at our home. We contacted many companies, but Paul at Crystal Clear Pools was the only one who visited our home, made suggestions and having done so left the final decision to us. Many questions followed, and answers were always forthcoming, with the result that we decided to use Crystal Clear Pools for the job. From giving the go-ahead to the job being completed was less than 24 hrs - excellent service I would say. Since the job was completed Paul has been back at our home to check that all was well on two occasions - I never expected that. We are absolutely delighted with the professionalism shown even after the job was completed and would have no hesitation in recommending Crystal Clear Pools to anyone.

Crystal clear pools did a fantastic job cleaning my pool cage. The "dirty" white aluminium went to diamond white after cleaning, looked almost new! Many thanks Paul, I would recommend this pool company to anyone.

Since setting up my Property Management company I have used Crystal Clear for my pool chemicals. From day one they have always been happy to give me sound advice and guidance in relation to the pools and spas I look after. I was so impressed with what they could tell me I booked and paid for a consultation to learn more so I knew I was doing everything correctly. I would like to thank Crystal Clear Pools for recommending that I change over to a Salt System for my pool, ITS GREAT, I would recommend anyone to have this installed, it makes the water and your skin so soft, no more RED EYE, it has also improved the clarity of the water. Thanks Crystal Clear.

Professional, friendly and reliable best describes Crystal Clear Pools. We have had a LED light and pool pump fitted and both were fitted very promptly and on the day arranged. The staff are very helpful, giving lots of advice on other pool issues when we asked and their price were the best we found. We would highly recommend them to any fellow home owners.

I have nothing but praise for this company. They were the only ones to get my pool heater working when others said it was going to cost several hundred dollars to fix. They fitted new tiles in my spa and a fantastic led light in the pool. They always turn up when they say they will and are completely reliable.
